  • অটোরিনিউ সুবিধাটি বাই ডিফল্ট OFF থাকে (শুধুমাত্র BS Pre & Post paid গ্রাহক ছাড়া)। তবে গ্রাহকরা চাইলে অটোরিনিউ সুবিধাটি ON করে নিতে পারবে প্যাক একটিভ করার সময়।
  • প্যাক একটিভ করার পরে অটোরিনিউ চালু করতে "ON" লিখে 25000 এ SMS অথবা ডায়াল করতে হবে *121*3042#। এ ছাড়াও কাস্টমার চাইলে অটোরিনিউ বন্ধ করতে পারে "OFF" লিখে 25000 এ SMS করে অথবা *121*3043# ডায়াল করে।
  • ইন্টারনেট ব্যালেন্স চেক করতে ডায়াল করুন *121*1*4#।
  • ইন্টারনেট ভলিউম শেষ হবার পর ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারে কাস্টমার এর টাকা ১.৩৩২৫/MB (SD+VAT+SC সহ) চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে সর্বোচ্চ ৬.৬৬২৫ টাকা (VAT, SD, SC অন্তর্ভুক্ত) পর্যন্ত। ইন্টারনেট প্যাক কিনতে ডায়াল করুন *121*3#
  • মেয়াদ শেষ হবার আগেই যদি কাস্টমার একই প্যাক আবার ক্রয় করে অথবা সফল ভাবে অটোরিনিউ হয় তাহলে অব্যবহৃত ইন্টারনেট ভলিউম পরবর্তী প্যাক এর সাথে যোগ হবে।
  • গ্রাহকের সম্মতিক্রমে চালু করা অটো রিনুয়াল ইন্টারনেট প্যাকগুলোর নবায়ন, ইন্টারনেট ভলিউম অথবা মেয়াদ শেষ হবার উপর ভিত্তি করে নির্ধারিত হবে (ভলিউম অথবা মেয়াদ যেটি আগে শেষ হয়)
  • ইন্টারনেট প্যাক বন্ধ করতে ডায়াল *১২১*৩০৪১#
  • কাস্টমারের ইন্টারনেট ভলিউম কম থাকাকালীন একই সময়ে যদি কাস্টমারের একাধিক এপলিকেশন সচল থাকে তাহলে টাকা ১.৩৩২৫ /MB (SD+VAT+SC সহ) রেটে চার্জ হতে পারে। অতএব, ইন্টারনেট ভলিউম কম থাকাকালীন একটি এপলিকেশন থেকে আরেকটি ব্যবহার করার সময়ে আগের এপলিকেশনটি বন্ধ করে নিন
  • হাই স্পিড ইন্টারনেট এর জন্য কাষ্টমেরকে 4G ফোন ব্যবহার করতে হবে এবং অবশ্যই 4G নেটওয়ার্ক এর ভিতর থাকতে হবে।
  • হ্যান্ডসেট, ওয়েবসাইট ভিসিট, BTS থেকে দূরত্ব, ব্যবহারের সময় এই সব কিছুর উপরে ইন্টারনেটের অ্যাভারেজ স্পিড নির্ভর করে ।
  • ক্যাম্পেইন প্যাকের ইন্টারনেট ভলিউম রেগুলার ইন্টারনেট প্যাকের ভলিউমের আগে ব্যবহৃত হবে।
  • এই প্যাক গুলো skitto গ্রাহকদের জন্য প্রযোজ্য নয়
  • ইন্টারনেট স্পিড চেক করতে পারবেন http://www.speedtest.net এই লিংক এ (চার্জ প্রযোজ্য)।
  • শর্তাবলী ডাউনলোড করুন পিডিএফ ফরম্যাট এ
  • ইন্টারনেট প্যাক বা অফার কেনার সময় আপনি যদি বিকাশ বা কার্ড এর মাধ্যমে টাকা পরিশোধ করতে চান তাহলে মনে রাখবেন প্রিপেইড কাস্টোমারদের জন্য লিমিট হলো ২০ টাকা থেকে ১০০০ টাকা আর পোস্টপেইড কাস্টমারদের জন্য ২০ টাকা থেকে ৫০০০০ টাকা।
  • ইন্টারনেট প্যাক বা অফার কেনার সময় আপনি যদি বিকাশ বা কার্ড এর মাধ্যমে টাকা পরিশোধ করতে চান তাহলে মনে রাখবেন আপনার যদি পূর্ববর্তী কোনো বকেয়া বা ইমার্জেন্সি ব্যালান্স নেয়া থাকে তাহলে সেই বকেয়া টাকা আগে কাটা হবে। সেক্ষেত্রে ইন্টারনেট প্যাক বা অফারটি এক্টিভেট হবে না।

  • সিমটি 4G কিনা যাচাই করতে ডায়াল করুন *121*3232#
  • যদি নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের আগে 4G ইন্টারনেটের মেয়াদ শেষ হয় এবং রেগুলার ইন্টারনেট ভলিউম না থাকে তাহলে (ভলিউম ও ভ্যালিডিটি) প্রত্যেক ইন্টারনেট প্যাক সর্বোচ্চ PayGo রেট ৬.৬৬২৫ টাকা (VAT, SD & SC সহ) কাটা হবে।

স্টার প্যাক:

  • স্টার ইন্টারনেট প্যাক কিনে গ্রাহক ৩ মাসের জন্য স্টার স্ট্যাটাস উপভোগ করতে পারবেন
  • প্যাক কেনার পরবর্তী ১১ তারিখে স্টার স্ট্যাটাস দেয়া হবে। অর্থাৎ যদি গ্রাহক ২৫ অক্টোবর বা ৪ নভেম্বর স্টার ইন্টারনেট প্যাক কিনে থাকেন, তাহলে তিনি ১১ নভেম্বর  থেকে একজন জিপি স্টার হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবেন।
  • গ্রাহক যদি স্টার স্ট্যাটাসের উপরের ধাপে থাকেন এবং নিচের ধাপের স্টার স্ট্যাটাস সম্বলিত ডাটা প্যাক কিনেন, গ্রাহকের উপরের ধাপের স্টার স্ট্যাটাস বহাল থাকবে।
  • জিপিপিপি, বিপিও, ইআরএস ও স্কিটো গ্রাহকদের জন্য এই সুযোগ প্রযোজ্য নয়

VoLTE (Voice over LTE) হলো এমন একটি প্রযুক্তি যার মাধ্যমে 4G স্পীডে ভয়েস কল করা যায়। এছাড়াও গ্রাহকরা দ্রুততর কল সেটআপ টাইমের মাধ্যমে HD কোয়ালিটি সম্পন্ন একেবারে পরিষ্কার ভয়েসের অভিজ্ঞতা নিতে পারবেন। VoLTE -এর মাধ্যমে গ্রাহকেরা ভয়েস কলের সময়েও 4G নেটওয়ার্কের অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকেন এবং কোনো ধরনের প্রতিবন্ধকতা ছাড়াই হাই-স্পীড 4G ইন্টারনেটের অভিজ্ঞতা নিতে পারেন। VoLTE এর কল চার্জ একেবারে 3G ভয়েস কল চার্জের মতোই হবে। এতে বাড়তি কোনো ইন্টারনেট চার্জ নেই।

  • USIM/4G SIM সিমটি 4G/3G/2G (অটো) হিসেবে “নেটওয়ার্ক মোড” -এর সাথে এটি SIM স্লটে ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
  • VoLTE সাপোর্ট করে এমন হ্যান্ডসেট লাগবে এবং ফোনে VoLTE অপশনটি চালু করতে হবে।
  • জিপি 4G কাভারেজে থাকতে হবে।
  • আপনার হ্যান্ডসেট প্রস্তুতকারীর আপগ্রেড করা অপারেটিং সিস্টেম সফ্‌টওয়্যার থাকতে হবে।
